Office Hours and After Hours Care Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Telephone calls are directly received in the office from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. each normal workday. Voicemail and on call services are available all other hours. Office visits are by appointment only. A physician is always on call for our patients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. The physician on call may be reached for emergency/urgent care by calling the toll free number at 1 (877) 272-5520. Each physician receives many phone calls during the course of a day that require personal attention. It is unavoidable that these calls are sometimes made while the physician is busy examining patients in the office. If the doctor is unable to receive your call immediately, please leave a message with the nurse, office staff, or voice mail indicating the reason for the call and a note about the best time to get back to you later in the day. On very busy days, phone calls sometimes cannot be returned until office hours are completed. Please be sure to leave us a phone number where you can be reached in the evening.
