Professional Fees Office and hospital fees are determined by the intensity and extent of services provided. Charges range from $60 for a brief visit with an established patient to $200 for a new patient comprehensive evaluation. Additional charges apply for vaccinations, electrocardiograms, and other special procedures. Payment for medical care is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted. The office can provide a detailed medical claim form that may be submitted to your private insurance carrier. Assignment is accepted with the Medicare program. The practice also participates in most prepaid/managed care health plans. If a financial hardship makes it difficult for you to take responsibility for the fees incurred by your medical care, please do not hesitate to discuss your situation with us. We will try to be as accommodating as possible to make sure you receive the medical care that your good health requires. |
